How We Price
Corporate work is scoped, not packaged
We don’t publish corporate packages, because a 40-person Diwali lunch and a 400-person annual day have nothing in common. What we do commit to:
- Proposal within 24 hours of the brief call, itemised line by line
- One number, one vendor — design, build, AV, branding, seating and coordination are all ours
- Fixed on approval. Once you sign, the number doesn’t change unless you change the scope in writing
- GST invoice, PO number referenced, standard payment terms — we work with finance teams every month
- On-site project manager from load-in to clear-out, reporting to one person on your side
- Setup complete 60 minutes before your start, stated in the proposal
